Father's Day-A Daughter's Tribute

Poem text:

We don't always see eye to eye
We have to agree to disagree
But theres one thing I can't deny
You are always there for me

You taught me those little things
Like how to bait my own fish hook
Read me stories about long ago kings
And I was a princess in your book

You taught me how to catch a football
And how to make my first jump shot
And you were patient through it all
But thats not all you taught

You taught me what a Father should be
The difference between work and play
And now I see so much of you in me
On this well earned Fathers Day
